What does one do when one is planning on having chicken for dinner but doesn’t get it out of the freezer so it can thaw because one can thaw it in the microwave– forgetting that the microwave is a dead, lifeless hunk on the counter?
Think vegetarian.

One year ago our microwave died at the measly age of nine years. My favorite button on the new one is Sensor Reheat. Although it reheats coffee to the temperature of magma, it’s a complete godsend for leftovers or frozen vegetables — one of those “features” that actually does something feature-y. So, I say, shop for that button.
